I own an event center and have had the opportunity to work with the team at Butler Rents quite a few times. From renting a cotton candy machine to renting dance floors, they are amazing to work with and have helped to make our events wonderful!

We've used Butler Rents in the past for large-scale backyard events. They've always been excellent. Last week, a crew came to set up a large tent and dropped off tables, chairs, and skirting for 60 guests. We added lights within the tent and the evening was magical! The crew returned to remove everything, closed the gate behind them, and the backyard was (sadly) returned to its pre-party state. Excellent job by all involved. Highly recommend!

So what do you do when you want to have a big summer backyard barbecue but don't have enough tables and chairs for all the people you invited or enough grill space to hold all the meat you plan to cook? What you do is you call Butler Rents.

For the more than completely reasonable price of $122.12, we rented a 2' x 5' BBQ grill, two nine foot banquet tables, and 20 folding chairs. It turned out that they were out of the cheap metal chairs we ordered so we got a free upgrade to slightly better plastic seats. Mr. P picked everything up on Friday afternoon and we didn't have to return it all until Monday morning (and we were only charged for a one day rental). You will have to pay an extra charge if you don't clean the grill before you return it, which is more than fair.

Butler Rents bills itself as "Colorado's complete party rental" and that just about covers it. Planning a casino night? They have all the games. Setting up a disco? They have your dance floor and a bubble machine. Need some carnival food? They have popcorn, cotton candy and Sno-Cone machines. Getting married? They have everything you need to ring your wedding bells. So don't stress about your party needs, Butler Rents has your back.

Butler Rents always takes care of the customer!! If they can pull off Winter X Games and Aspen Food and Wine Classic, they can cover your event.
